Lucky in Love: Meghan & Brad’s Autumn Wedding
Some weddings feel elegant. Some feel joyful. Meghan and Brad’s day somehow managed to be both with just the right amount of personality woven into every detail.
From the moment guests stepped into the reception space, it was clear this wasn’t going to be a cookie-cutter celebration. The tables were softly dressed in ivory linens, each centered with a lantern that gave off the warmest glow as the evening unfolded.
Deep blue accents, from the petite favors tied with ribbon to the delicate candle holders, added a rich feel that was timeless without trying too hard. It was romantic, but relaxed. Thoughtful, but never fussy.
And then there was the cake.
Four tiers of classic white wrapped in intricate navy detailing, topped with a simple “lucky in love.” It felt like the perfect summary of the two of them. Elegant. Intentional. A little playful. Surrounded by soft blue hydrangeas and flickering candles, it became more than a dessert table, it was a moment all its own.
But as beautiful as the room was, nothing compared to seeing Meghan and Brad together.
Out on the lawn, with autumn leaves scattered at their feet and golden light settling in behind them, they looked completely at ease. Meghan’s veil caught the breeze as she laughed up at Brad, and the way he looked back at her said everything. No posing. No overthinking. Just that quiet, steady kind of happiness that doesn’t need direction.
Her bouquet, creamy white roses accented with touches of blue and delicate baby’s breath, tied the entire day together. It mirrored the reception details perfectly, but more importantly, it felt like her. Classic with a hint of something bold.
As the evening deepened, guests gathered inside while the glow from the venue’s windows lit up the night. One of the most striking moments came later, when Meghan and Brad slipped away for a photo by the fountains. Silhouetted against the water and the light of the building behind them, they leaned into each other like the rest of the world had faded out. It was cinematic, yes, but it was also incredibly intimate. The kind of image that feels like it belongs in a frame for decades.
What made their day so special wasn’t just the décor or the setting. It was how natural everything felt. There was no rush, no performance, just two people who genuinely enjoy each other, surrounded by the people who love them most.
Meghan and Brad’s wedding was a reminder that the best celebrations aren’t about doing the most. They’re about choosing details that matter, creating space for real moments, and letting the joy show up on its own.
And if the “lucky in love” cake topper is any indication, these two have a lifetime of that ahead of them.
